Ich habe diese Frage in keinem Forum auf anderen Internetseiten gestellt.
Hallo ^^
Da Englisch leider überhaupt nicht meine Stärke ist ;( suche ich hier mal Hilfe ^^" Hoffe ihr könnt mir bitte weiter helfen. Wenn möglich eine kurze Korrektur bzw verbesserungsvorschläge wären sehr nett. Danke schon mal im vorraus.
The usual task of an European project leader is to plan, coordinate and to control the project. The project leader is responsible that he and his team achieve the prescribed objectives. On this account the project leader must observe and control the workings of his subordinate and if necessary to point out the mistakes. So it stands the reason that the leader, which has so much responsibility, do everything he can to obtain the maximum of success.
On the other side, you have to know that in Indonesia prevail other rules of conduct than in Europe. For an example it is not common to criticize colleagues when they do a mistake. In general the superior take the responsibility for subordinate mistakes, so that the subordinate doesnt loose their faces. This situation in the meeting was a total exposure for the Indonesia team member. After that there was no more mutual trust between the leader and the member. So the criticised team member quitted his job
If I were the team leader, I would have informed me about the different rules of conduct in Indonesia. Not till then I will talk alone with the team member about the mistake/ problem without blaming him. I will let him explain his workings in detail to me and after that I assume that it was a mistake from me.
